The room had generous equipment. It also featured a fine view, something I really appreciated. I enjoyed the beautiful varied kitchen and found the attentive staff helpful.

The lights switched themselves off. It was not great when I was using the toilet at night.

The shower temperature on the 32nd floor was inconsistent. It was lukewarm one day and cold the next. That hardly screams luxury! Then, there was the spa.
