responsive staff nespresso machine rooftop lounge

I found the actual hotel staff very responsive when I requested an extra pillow. The staff also fixed the Nespresso machine quickly. The rooftop lounge offered an excellent view of the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque at night. Therefore, I enjoyed exquisite Turkish wine.

the location worked great for my needs i could easily get around. the staff were amazing they always helped with my questions. breakfast had such a delicious and varied selection i loved it

my room was super small that was quite unpleasant. the drinks at the rooftop terrace were crazy expensive. there was an overblown cost

great breakfast rooftop restaurant amazing food water provision curtain issue misaligned prices

The location was amazing near the Galata Tower. Restaurants were also very close. The breakfast was good and the rooftop restaurant was GREAT. The food was AMAZING!!!

Staff only provided one bottle of water per day. They were unable to advise if the tap water was drinkable. The curtains in the room did not close properly, so the room was not fully dark in the morning. Prices on menus and actual prices seemed misaligned.
