Excellent service and great location
helpful staff spacious room comfortable bed
The staff was very helpful. The room was spacious with many very nice views of the water. The bed was large and very comfortable. Kirelos, the housekeeper, kept the room perfect and even found a makeup palette for me.
The pool area had shabby furniture. The pool was unusually deep, impractical for families. The area did not resemble polished amenities expected from a hotel.

The staff ensured guests were well taken care of and requests were addressed promptly. Hein was very attentive and were pretty good too provide excellent service and to give us 5 star treatment.

The rooms provided perfect service when ever you need it. Rooms also included fresh towels and the bed was decorated fine. It was a nice touch. The rooms are cozy with good air.

The buffet breakfast had everything one could want, including an omelette station. You could have eggs cooked however you liked and served with fresh coffee. The breakfast was amazing and of good quality. There were plenty of staff ensuring you are well taken care of.

The hotel has a nice location so you can drive everywhere. This location is good, opposite the shopping mall and is ideal for monorail access. It is in close proximity to a shopping center across the street.

The breakfast buffet was really good. The pool area was lovely, and there were plenty of sunbeds available. The food was AMAZING!!!

balanced stay at palm
varied food delicious restaurant worn light dirty balcony
the hotel has a good gym it is open twenty-four seven it has great views from the swimming pool and gym i found delicious and varied food at all meal times kyber indian restaurant was particularly delicious
the rooms seemed a bit tired to me the air con was not cold enough i also found the light switches were not easy to work there was no wording due to being worn out the balcony was never cleaned so we could not use the chairs or table

Lovely Stay!
delicious food great service amazing view
Khyber restaurant provided a fantastic meal. Lalit took very good care of us. The food was AMAZING!!! All the staff were friendly. The restaurant was well decorated with lovely views. Staff at Ula and outside were so lovely, the sunbed service was great. Rooms were cleaned to a very high standard daily. The hotel was beautiful and the view from the pool was wow!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near various attractions. A shopping center is across the street. The tram station and the Palm the View building are also nearby. This makes exploring easy.

Breakfast has a lot of choice. The complimentary water was much appreciated. I also had food from the Indian restaurant and the pool bar. Everything I ate was tasty!!!

The staff are super friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for you. Anything you needed, they were there in minutes. Staff were always ready to help. Aryan was amazing and so kind.

The beach and outdoor infinity pool are amazing with lots of beach chairs. There is a lifeguard on the beach and by the pool. The rooms were very nice, spotlessly clean, and made up each day. Beds were so comfy!!!

thoughtful decor pleasant surprise unreliable wifi faulty television
prince decorated our rooms so thoughtfully. my daughter and i appreciated the cute decor. he cleaned both rooms very well without me even asking for decorations. it was a very pleasant surprise.
the wifi connection was not reliable at all. it disconnected frequently after short intervals. the television could not be turned off without removing the power cable it was always on.
