The gym has sufficient equipment. It includes a good variety of machines.
The condition of provided blankets were poor. I travel often and I have never seen anything similar. Housekeeping promised replacement, but it never happened. The staff's attitude was not good either.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Diab from the front desk provided excellent service. Tanvir from the concierge was also very professional. I found their assistance invaluable.
I had an issue with water . It wasn't fixed until the third day. The hotel did not offer any compensation for this inconvenience. I found this quite disappointing

the breakfast buffet provided many choices. the gym contained a good selection of equipment. i found the location accessible with restaurants and a nearby metro stop. the room was well maintained.
the room was not clean upon my arrival. it was also not cleaned for a few days. i noticed the bed sheets were not fresh. the reception staff were not as helpful as i expected.

the staff member, possibly from nepal, was amazing! i didn't catch his name, but he helped us a lot with packing when we were running late. also, the hotel's location was undeniably convenient. we had easy access to everything we needed, a big plus for our trip.
i found the parking a bit complicated. basement 3 was particularly tricky to navigate, and it took some effort to find my way around.

the check-in process was fast and efficient, handled very well by mr patrick. one staff took great care of the apartment and ensured it was cleaned very well, paying special attention to details and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

the hotel has a perfect location with a mall connected to it. al ghurair mall is next to the hotel, with the dubai mall approximately 20 minutes away. this connectivity provided easy access to shopping and entertainment.

I found many things to LOVE. The adjacent mall provides easy access for shopping. Comfortable beds and pillows ensured restful nights. A bathtub offered a luxurious soak, and the CLEAN room.
