wonderful hotel experience!
valet service spacious room lovely view
i discovered a new favorite hotel. upon arrival, i was greeted by valet service. ana was very kind at check-in, she was smiling all the time. the room was spacious, with a lovely view. i loved the bathroom, it had separate rooms for the water closet and shower.
the air conditioning was a bit too strong, even on the lowest setting! though the controls were easy to use.

The pillows and duvet were very comfortable. I appreciated the breakfast. The options and quality were amazing! The staff was helpful with requests and information. They were always smiling. The hotel provided glass water bottles in the room. A nice touch.
The room had only a small view. It was not a major issue, but I had hoped for something slightly better. I still had a pleasant experience though.

friendly staff clean room delicious food
my room was very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. the food was delicious. i also used the meeting rooms, which worked very well for my business plans. i did not encounter any problems with cleanliness.
The area around the hotel lacks walking options. A car is necessary. it's a bit far to downtown, so taxis were frequently needed. there is no train station close to the hotel so you can't move without the car. this limits the area.

helpful staff chocolate treat strong management
i found the staff nice and helpful. they offered free chocolate at reception at a certain time. this was a real treat for the kids! the hotel indicated a strong management overall, which i appreciated.
The pillows really need to be changed, they were not comfortable. the ac wasn't cooling much in the afternoon, a little bothersome. the pool seemed quite small for a hotel of this size. It felt crowded too.
