slow process
The check in process was very slow. it took almost 30 minutes to complete, and i asked for an upgrade which i paid for. This seemed to add another 15 minutes of paperwork. my biggest complaint is housekeeping. i returned on the first day to find only the bed had been made. Dirty cups, no tea or coffee top up, and an ice bucket full of defrosted water were still there. (i found) dirty glasses next to the bed and zero cleaning. This makes me wonder if anything was cleaned.

My room was spacious and very clean. The gym had many machines. The outdoor pool was quite large. The staff provided quick service when needed.
The valet parking employee was rude and unprofessional. They tried to open my car door aggressively while it was locked.
