prime location rooftop pool diverse dishes

i savored the prime location providing easy access to iconic attractions. the rooftop pool had nice views. dining offered a lavish buffet of diverse dishes, it felt very romantic.

The lobby had an overpowering scented spray. It wasn't too pleasant.

A Romantic Getaway

lovely food reasonable price helpful waitress

The food was lovely and reasonably priced, with very good sized portions. The chef even came to ask us if we were happy with the meal.. I found this quite thoughtful. Shayna, our waitress, was very friendly and helpful.

The pillows in the room were too firm. I would have preferred softer ones.

great variety hot chai

The buffet had great variety and tasteful options. I enjoyed the Indian and Chinese cuisines. Chef Satish and Chef Aamir were gracious. They even got me hot chai in Kullads!

The fridge didn't work and the aircon did not cool the room enough. Engineers came but they could not fix it.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

The pastry chef Satish is great. Manish and Suraj was super friendly. They gave great service at the restaurant. I loved the rooftop pool. The rooftop dining experience was nice. The hotel provided comfortable beds. The café offered tasty options. The restaurant had many choices. I needed a extra bed and the staff added it quickly. The hotel room was very clean. Common areas was clean also. I enjoyed the view. Mr Thakur and his team at the reception was helpful. Breakfast was good. It set a perfect start to my day. The buffet featured many delicious options. Fresh fruits were available. Pastries tasted great. The staff was great.

inadequate parking electrical failure

The parking space was inadequate. Cars parked on open ground attracted dust. On the first day there was an electrical failure. The lack of cold drinking water for travelers was unacceptable. This should be rectified immediately. I expect better planning for the guests comfort and basic needs.
