Acceptable stay, some issues noticed

The hotel location is on a steep hill. The walk up from the ferry is tiring. The breakfast got repetitive. The spread was huge, though, so it was acceptable. The absence of a direct transfer from the ferry terminal created inconvenience. More accessibility would be beneficial.

I found the staff helpful. Aybüke at the front desk made check-in very easy and pleasant. Alp, the concierge, gave great suggestions and support . I also appreciated Serhat at the front desk, he was professional and ensured everything was perfect.
I felt the breakfast service was a bit slow on one morning.

The room was very spacious and bright with large windows. It included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A comfortable seating area allowed me to relax and enjoy the view.

the breakfast service was delicious eray was so helpful. the buffet included familiar tastes and local flavors i especially enjoyed the grilled turkish sausage. assorted fruit pastries were also great after i had my savory breakfast.

the gym has ample equipment. i noted multiple weight machines plus cardio options. the executive lounge was well-staffed and maintained. i appreciated the calm atmosphere there and the view. staff there were always ready to help.
