i had dinner at beach deck the food tasted amazing the cocktails were excellent the service stood out specifically kshitij and sanyog provided excellent service the place is good for enjoying cocktails with dinner i definitely recommend it. the hotel was good i especially appreciated nusra for her kindness and assistance.

the drinks were overpriced it seems excessive drink prices exist everywhere.

the junior suite offered great space the design felt modern the room had two separate sinks the rainfall shower was refreshing. i appreciated the extra space the suite provided making it comfortable.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes allowing for varied workouts the pool area provided twenty loungers and a shaded section ensuring guest comfort. live music played at the pool creating an energetic atmosphere.

i dined at beach deck and i loved the food and cocktails there the service was great i appreciate kshitij and sanyog for providing excellent service i will recommend this place if you like cocktails with the dinner the pool was amazing the music was great i highly recommend it for friends or couples it is also close to west beach i will visit again soon and try jade restaurant.

the drink prices are very high but this seems common throughout the city so i can't be too critical since it seems to be the norm

The location was good because it was on the palm. there was always something happening, like pool parties. the gym was a great facility. I used it often.

The check-in process was confusing, and it was delayed. one staff member directed me left, and another directed me right. It wasted time! the receptionist asked me to use my phone to write the review myself! that felt personal and inappropriate.

I liked the multiple restaurants located on the hotel. Hookah service was available. The beach experience was really good. Our waiter, Nareen, provided excellent service. The service in all the restaurants was first class. I found the staff cute. Frank around the pool provided good service.
