desert landscape really good service personal touch

Returning was like coming home. I was charmed by the beauty of the desert, a lovely sight. kamran, our butler, arranged a horseback riding experience for my wife. It was a wonderful gesture. mr sherif, kamran's manager, welcomed us personally. His dedication was amazing.

the lighting in the italian restaurant at night felt a bit too bright.

The breakfast buffet offered fresh options. I found a wide variety. the italian restaurant provided really good dishes and extensive wine lists. I enjoyed it. the moroccan restaurant also had really good dishes.

The staff were attentive and accommodating, from check-in to check-out. They were always friendly! kamran catered to our needs and offered suggestions, even bringing fruit plates. mr sherif ensured our stay was flawless. His passion was clear

The rooms were nice and neat, including one of my favourite bathrooms ever. our room had a pool view balcony. It was luxurious. an extra deep bathtub allowed movie watching. It was a great comfort.

The pool area is fine with shaded cabanas and a swim-up pool bar. It was refreshing. the spa offers a very good experience, with beautiful facilities free to use. there are many activities available for the whole family.

The hotel is a beautiful oasis. It is located in the desert. the resort offers a refreshing break from city life. It is a breath of fresh air. the taxi from the center takes a maximum of 60 minutes.
