The grounds were beautiful and the beach just stunned me with its crystal-clear waters and soft sand. i loved that there were separate pools for kids and adults. i found my room super clean and wonderfully spacious. the staff members were so polite and always ready to help with anything i needed. the breakfast was magical. It was a moment i savored every single day. it was just a really good stay!

honestly, the only slight hiccup was that i wished there had been a bit more variety in the tv channels available in english.

The location was convenient on the best beach in the area. The beach access was a definite plus. the breakfast offered a delicious start to the day. I appreciated the variety of choices available each morning.

The check-in process experienced delays when staff could not immediately locate my name. The key card i was given was initially not activated, delaying my arrival. the hotel's rooms felt dated and somewhat worn. It would be beneficial to see upgrades to match newer resorts nearby

Really good Hospitality on Saadiyat Island

The resort is located on an amazingly beautiful island. The white beach in front is pearly. The water is crystal clear. The staff is highly professional and makes sure that all guests enjoy their stay. The distribution of free water bottles at the pool made sure we could easily handle the heat.

Breakfast was good, with considerable options. I also visited the Italian restaurant one day and found it tasty. The hotel features a diverse and decadent breakfast buffet. It's definitely a highlight!

The beach was very clean, and I received water and towels there. Jean Paul escorted me and showed great professionalism. The pool was also very comfortable.

The light switches were confusing. I could not connect my devices to the TV! There was noise outside my balcony at night.

The One-Bedroom Villa Garden View Plunge Pool was excellent! It had all the space I needed. The villa was huge. I spent a lot of time in my private plunge pool. The hotel staff always ensured I had fresh towels and plenty of water.
