the premier sea view room adventure park access featured comfortable beds and a spacious balcony. daily housekeeping kept everything clean and tidy. i particularly enjoyed the easy access to the adventure park. the resort provided complimentary water bottles daily which was helpful.
The check-in process was slightly slow and disorganized. I waited about 20 minutes to finalize everything, though the staff were apologetic about the delay.

the hotel included a large swimming pool with clear signage indicating depth, also it included a well-equipped gym with three treadmills and a variety of weight machines and a private beach with many sun loungers.

The staff at the hotel were polite! they offered prompt assistance with all requests. i especially appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining the cleanliness of all the facilities, my three bedroom sea view pool villa was super clean, also the villa host was helpful. the island provides various restaurants. I particularly loved the italian cuisine.

my three bedroom sea view pool villa included a spacious living area. it had modern amenities plus comfortable furnishings and a private balcony that offered amazing views. the bathrooms were equipped with high-end fixtures.

the resort is on an island not far from the city! getting there involved a short boat ride and this added to the feeling of seclusion. the island itself is well kept and offers beautiful beaches.

the island itself is quite beautiful, i must admit.
My wife's gold wedding ring went missing from our room. Housekeeping was the only entrant that day. reporting this to the front desk and management yielded little urgency or empathy. they couldn't help with a police report for insurance as our flight was early the next morning and offered no solutions, this was like obstruction.

A decent stay overall

The staff was cute. Guru offered fresh Arabic coffee and dates and it. Lisel helped when we missed our boat (it was very nice). I recommend this family-friendly place.
The changing facilities at the Q lounge club were not clean (i did not like it). The beach was excellent but only one adult pool was available. Water activities were expensive, in my opinion.

Excellent Stay with Amazing Staff

I must say everything was fantastic. The staff were really nice too. Staff ensured my room met expectations and Dodi and his team at the adventure park were very supportive during every activity.
The in-room entertainment system felt outdated and glitchy, a minor inconvenience. The lighting in the room was not ideal. Improvements could make a big difference. The service was slow at times, particularly when ordering refreshments.

the day pass included access to nice restaurants with great food and attentive staff. towels and water were provided
i booked a boat for 1 pm following phone instructions, but was told it was full upon arrival i waited thirty minutes only to discover boarding had begun when i saw people rushing reception should have informed me when it was ready
