i loved the breakfast. the staff was even better (especially gertrude!). she was very attentive . it was a pleasure to meet such wonderful people, and this is why i would stay here again. the service felt really personal and i felt welcomed.

I had issues with the ac in my room. It was very damp. the ceiling showed dampness and moisture collection. The ac dripped water everywhere. dust covered the furniture, and there were black spots on the ceiling in the corridor. i did not sleep there, and they didn't refund my money.

The gym, they called it a gym, was more like a storage closet with a treadmill. Towels were nowhere to be found. also, the car park situation was comical. There was zero shade, so my car reminded me of it aged ten years in a day. it was like parking in a furnace. i almost needed oven mitts to drive home,

i found real improvements since the change from the previous brand, especially the utilization of facilities. the food at the buffet showed amazing progress, and the staff had a superior level of friendliness (this made a difference). our four night stay, overlooking the very green golf course, was very calming. the hotel rooms feature quiet and comfortable arrangements, with all necessary amenities included.

the gym situation was a bit of a mess. the main gym was closed, so i had to trek to the golf club for a tiny room with basic equipment. also, there were mosquitoes everywhere outside. i seemed like i was constantly swatting them away. it was not ideal, especially trying to enjoy the balcony in the evenings.
