loud ice machinestale pastries
the check-in? a disaster. i asked for a quiet room, they gave me one near the ice machine. the noise went all night long. and dont even get me started on the breakfast buffet. the pastries looked like they were a week old and the coffee tasted like dirt. i asked for a cappuccino and they pointed me to a machine. real luxury, i suppose.

Really good Service and Beautiful Setting

Zale restaurant offered great menu choices. Cameron and Kine were observant and attentive. I felt at ease . Cameron's recommendations for food and drinks proved excellent. It was a comfortable experience. The view at the restaurant provided a nice backdrop to the experience.
My room faced the tennis court instead of the sea or the pool. The staff were not as well-trained as I anticipated.

My room included a spacious balcony. A walk-in closet provided good storage. The bathroom contained both a tub and shower. The bed was quite comfortable, a plus after long days.

I found the staff consistently attentive. the breakfast selection had a wide variety (i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit). the hotel's proximity to the beach allowed for easy access and beautiful views. It really enhanced the experience.
i did notice that some areas of the hotel seemed to get quite busy during peak hours.

The breakfast area was big and offered good variety.
The service felt cold and impersonal. Upon arrival, there was no welcome. A staff member seemed uninterested in assisting with luggage and directed me to park the car myself. The reception was similarly cold. Staff handed over keys without explaining amenities or services. I did not feel like a valued guest.

I enjoyed the diverse food selection at breakfast! The fresh fruit and pastries were good. The gym facilities are modern and well-equipped with several treadmills. Staff were always available to assist with equipment use. The outdoor pool area is large and it includes many lounge chairs and umbrellas!
The Wi-Fi signal was a little weak at times though it was generally reliable.

the breakfast offered great variety it had freshly made items. the service showed great attention to detail it was excellent.
the room lacked a hair dryer there was also no ceiling light. the television needed changing twice as it did not work
