spacious roomwell-kept gardens

the hotel room was spacious. it had a very large comfortable bed and the hotel reception was literally amazing. the sun loungers by the pool were immaculate. but the gardens? they were well kept

I think the gym could have had better equipment. It felt a little old.

i found the hotel beautifully located with mountains in the background and a lovely beach in front. the hotel reminded me of a royal palace, it was so spread out. the kids had loads to do in the splash park, play area, and ritz kids club with day-long activities. i found a well-equipped gym with a beautiful view. a tennis and paddle court.

the greek restaurant was not so good, i found the food quite bland.

i clearly felt the ritz-carlton experience during each interaction with any team member. the receptionist from goa, india, had a genuine smile and gentle nature, and her professionalism made a huge difference.

the room included a very comfortable bed and diptyque amenities, a nice touch. the room was well appointed and had an amazing view, i was really charmed!!! with the lagoon access from my room, it was a wonderful experience to access the pool.

the food was AMAZING!!! with many vegetarian options available and a lip-smacking taste. al kiran restaurant's breakfast spread was really good, providing many options for all palates. the pavilion restaurant served perfect grilled fish and seafood, along with delicious sushi rolls.
