Underwhelming stay. Service inconsistencies

The check-in process reminded me of a poorly executed comedy sketch. i arrived, and it seemed like only one person knew how to actually check guests in (the rest must have been in training or something). my request for a quiet room was clearly ignored. honestly, i think the housekeeping staff were louder than any potential neighbors. It made relaxing impossible. it certainly wasn't the peaceful escape i had hoped for.
