i found the team very friendly, especially from parking to reception. after check-in, the follow-up and celebration of our occasion was amazing. my family was happy, and the place felt kid-friendly. i appreciated mendie, lujain and nihal.
I found only two towels in the room, even though we were three people, inconvenient. complimentary bottles of water were not restocked the next day. also, the phone to call the receptionist was always busy. No one picked up.

the room featured a king-size bed, a separate seating area, and a balcony overlooking the resort. it also included a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and a tv with international channels. there were ample outlets for charging devices.

I appreciate the helpful staff . The rooms are neat with comfortable beds. I enjoy the splash park. It kept my kids entertained for hours. It is surely a great experience for all the family members.
The buggy transport takes 10 minutes to arrive, so time management is important.
