Ahmed from reception was so helpful. He gave detailed explanations about restaurant options. His insights about the beach were very helpful. Bashar at reception were really nice for us. He gave us an upgrade. The gardens of the resort had a great room space. Hotel members were very friendly and ready to assist.

The showerhead seemed like a cheap one you'd find at a supermarket. The hot water supply was insufficient. If more than one person stays in the same room, the second person to shower can expect only cold water.

The hotel's location is convenient. There are many restaurants inside. The rooms are spacious, providing comfort after a long day..

The room service quality was disappointing. I had to ask for clean linens more than once. The staff member responsible for the room did very little to keep it tidy.

the location was perfect. the staff were friendly and helpful. the gardens and greenery created a peaceful atmosphere and i liked the winding pathways layout of the resort. our duplex room was large and clean. the bed, bedding and pillows were super comfy. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

the gym wasn't always open when i expected, but i made it work.

the reception staff, especially ahmed, were helpful. they assisted us with check-in and check-out. the housekeeping staff was quick and efficient when we needed anything.

the location was very convenient and close to deira. it only took 20 minutes by taxi to get to the mall. the hotel offered valet parking, made coming and going very easy.

Really good Hospitality and Beautiful Grounds

Ahmed and Ashraf provided really good service. Their attention to detail and genuine kindness elevated our stay. Their recommendations and helpfulness made a big difference. The resort gardens were great and hotel members were friendly.

The hotel's gym closes earlier than expected. It was a bit inconvenient for late-night workouts.
