i recently experienced a very neat environment within the hotel premises. the entire hotel was well kept and fresh. the view from my room was beautiful and relaxing. the reception team and gate staff were polite. housekeeping was always available and ensured my room was perfect daily i liked the hotel's proximity to the major attractions.

I did experience a slight delay during check-in. the team was very helpful.

the location is very convenient near the mall. the staff addressed my requests from early check in to late check out. i appreciated a room offering a good view. the staff were helpful and knowledgeable.

the gym gets crowded sometimes so i had to wait to use a treadmill.

i FOUND direct access to the mall REALLY convenient. it was so easy to get to the shops. breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff were very attentive. Ahmed bin Hassan did an AMAZING job.

the room i WAS in felt a bit dated. furniture showed signs of wear, and the bathroom needed some minor repairs. there WAS no minibar, just an empty fridge. that seemed like a missing amenity for a hotel of this caliber.
