Excellent stay with modern amenities
efficient servicehelpful staffstreet noise
the valet service, handled by abdul jabbar, shahzad, jahengir, and gagandeep, was efficient. the hotel's food and overall service impressed me. i particularly appreciated the helpful staff throughout the facility.
The street noise did disturb my sleep. The soundproofing needs improvement. i could hear traffic even on a higher floor.

the room included a large king-size bed and modern decor. two separate sinks were available in the bathroom, alongside a rainfall shower that provided consistent water pressure, very enjoyable. i was pleased.

amazing staffequipped gymawesome breakfastfriendly service
i was treated amazingly by every single staff member. the gym had everything i needed. the breakfast was fantastic!!! i'm looking forward to trying the lunch and also main meals. alberian was really friendly and offered good service.
the street was noisy. it was uncomfortable for sleep.

mustafa provided chocolate and an upgrade. he helped me save the hotel location in g-mail. he also made a membership for all igh hotels group and aided me in wifi access.

the room offered ultra comfortable king size bed and very soft comfortable cushions. amenities included a fridge with water plus a kettle and tea and coffee. the bathroom included shampoo and body wash.

the hotel offers a transfer to the beach. it also provides a transfer to a popular shopping center. breakfast includes fresh juices, great coffee and pastry. the pool is beautiful.

underwhelming stay
polite stafflate checkout issuehuge hassle
the staff were polite, i'll give them that.
THE service, though, was really not good. I asked for a late checkout, and the person at the desk said it was fine, but they didn't actually put it in the system. I got a call reminding me to check out at the original time! It was a HUGE hassle to get it sorted, and it really ruined my morning.

Decent, But Noisy Stay
poor sound proofing
the hotel is clean and the staff is kind.
I found the car noise permeated the room quite badly. Despite being on the 17th floor, i struggled to sleep easily.
