i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff. the housekeeping was excellent, and i found the team to be attentive. the hotel offers complimentary valet parking . the valet staff are very prompt and professional when fetching the car.
the bathroom bin lacked a bag. i had to discard something, and it was later placed on the sink. this felt unhygienic, as it had potential germs from previous guests.

The service was very attentive. Tayyib from room service stood out. he anticipated needs and offered helpful suggestions with care. his personal recommendation to visit the pool earlier in the day added extra enjoyment.

The staff provided really good service! I found the hotel's hygiene and cleanliness standards to be very high. Kibria, in particular, was very helpful and made sure everything was satisfactory. I appreciated the hotel membership perks, which gave discounts on drinks.
