the restaurant staff were friendly. they provided clear information on expectations. they were very supportive . for a first time at the hotel, this was appreciated.

The air condition was very noisy. The hotel showed me different rooms. they were just as noisy. The engineer looked at it but he could not do anything. things were missing in the room, like slippers.

the location proved very convenient. i found it easy to access the world trade centre. nearby restaurants offered variety. the metro and bus stations provided efficient transport options. breakfast service included a wide variety of food choices. the staff was helpful with smiles. rubina at the front desk greeted me with cute gestures. housekeeping respected my need for no disturbance. they delivered services efficiently when needed.

the hotel was clean. the front office ensured my room had great bedding. samah in the restaurant also provided excellent service. the staff was helpful.

the ac in my room was broken. maintenance tried to fix it. the air conditioning remained at 25 degrees. the room felt uncomfortably warm.
