broken outlet crowded pool
The staff was polite and the breakfast was fresh. I appreciated the hassle-free check-in and check-out processes..
The USB outlet in my room did not work. I found that ice was payable. The swimming pool was always crowded and small. There were no available towels. I also noticed that the room service sometimes forgot to replace consumed items, such as soap and paper cups.

Fantastic Stay in a Prime Location
friendly staff fresh breakfast hassle free process spacious room
The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly Monisha. I found the breakfast to be quite good and fresh each morning of my stay. The check-in and check-out processes were hassle free.. no hidden charges were present. I also appreciated the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room.
The swimming pool felt small and crowded sometimes. I noticed a shortage of towels on a couple of occasions.

Breakfast offered a decent selection with fresh options. Juices were available, and staff kept the dining hall very friendly. I noticed there is room for more variety on fruits and cereals.

The room was spacious enough, equipped with a comfortable bed. The overall cleanliness met my standards, and I appreciated the well maintained condition of the furnishings. The air conditioning worked perfectly.

The pool has a great view. I could easily see the Eye from the pool area. Parking is available, and I found that very convenient .

The hotel is conveniently located near major bus stations. I easily accessed transportation to different emirates from here. The hotel is also close to supermarkets, quite useful.

The reception team was very supportive and decent. Ahsan was very helpful and humble . Monisha provided supportive service throughout the stay.
