The hotel location offered easy access to nearby shops and attractions. Valet parking service proved super efficient. I enjoyed the Middle Eastern food served. It enhanced the overall experience.

I found the noise from adjacent rooms disruptive. The soundproofing needs attention. This impacted my overall comfort .

riva helped us with membership privileges , i got a lovely room on the 23rd floor. the room had lagoon views. lazer displays were colourful after dark , the lagoon boats were lit. the sauna had a salt wall. the restaurant was spacious , it had open air dining on the large terrace with smoking and non smoking areas.

the menu had fewer options and room service incurred an unexpected charge.

The hotel lobby was attractive upon arrival. The front desk staff was helpful. The breakfast buffet offered many options. Staff members were attentive.

The room lacked complete soundproofing. I could hear noises from other rooms.
