amazing hotel stay

warm greeting excellent recommendation fantastic service special stay

aayu greeted me so warmly upon arrival i felt instantly welcome michael at concierge was helpful he offered excellent recommendations i also found the customer service from ahlam and laila to be fantastic they really made me feel valued the smiles of the staff are contagious it made my stay really special.

the music from the restaurants was quite loud late into the night it did disturb my sleep a little

the gym has a good range of equipment it is well maintained and very clean the pool area is spacious and includes a shaded section with plenty of comfortable loungers provided. the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions.

the hotel is easily visible and accessible from the main roads its location is great providing quick access to several key areas the proximity to the airport is also convenient. the mall is very close with many food offerings.

creek kitchen offers a really wide variety of food options i was satisfied with the food i tasted the breakfast offered many fresh items. i thought the drinks tasted great and the atmosphere was inviting.
