mixed feelings about this stay
slow check-inmissing transport
the check-in process was quite slow. i waited over thirty minutes because the receptionist seemed preoccupied with a personal call. also, the room amenities were inconsistent. for a triple room, only one toothbrush and one pair of slippers were provided. i also booked an airport transfer, but nobody arrived to pick me up at the airport.

i got upgraded to a big suite. it was super clean and comfy, i tell you. the location made it easy to get around. staff were very kind and they fulfilled our needs. special thanks to niko, ahmad, and nissan. they were amazing. it was a cool gesture!
honestly, the gym times were a little unflexible. i wanted to work out super early! it was a tiny inconvenience but still.

I dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious. the egyptian chef and the indian chef are so talented. Every bite was a real treat. the service was top notch too!

The room size was amazing and super clean. i was upgraded to a suite. It was so comfortable! the bathroom was spacious. the beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. i loved the space!

The hotel boasts fine views, probably one of the best in the area. it is near a few restaurants with local cuisine and fast food chains. the location made it very easy to move around. What more could i ask!

The room I had (while short) was modern with ample space. The staff at breakfast were polite and helpful (i liked their smiles). I particularly commend Nissan for going above and beyond to prepare my room and support me with any needs. The kitchen and dining staff gave me an almost private dining experience during my half-board stay.
The water pressure in the bathroom was barely flowing from the faucet (i hope they fix it).

The room featured comfortable beds and a rainfall shower. I found ample storage space for luggage and personal items. The air conditioning was effective and quiet, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

The reception team, including Yunisha, Ahmed, and Ali, were professional and friendly. They handled every request efficiently. Their positive attitude and attention to detail stood OUT.

Chef Shankar prepared delicious meals every night. Shah Zain and ShahQinar offered kind and friendly hospitality. The Sohor food was perfect and varied .
