I experienced issues with in-room dining. Payment was requested upfront. this was unexpected. also, at breakfast, i returned to my table to find other guests seated there. staff did not guide them despite seeing my belongings.

I really enjoyed the proximity to the airport, only 15 minutes away. The hotel staff was attentive and courteous.. they seemed eager to help. The hotel exterior staff wore distinct uniforms with a casual flair. This made them stand out and appear very smart.

The room service was not ideal. The food quality should match the hotel standards. I suggest they review it .

the breakfast offered a good variety of options.

The staff did not seem very attentive. No one greeted us when we entered or left the hotel. i also had to call the concierge twice for luggage assistance, but no one came, and we had to carry our own bags to the lobby. the staff seemed more interested in getting me to leave a review than providing helpful service.

it is a new hotel. it feels relatively cleaner then other hotels. it did not give a feel of official types as you get elsewhere. i like the modern decorations. the food, the refreshing warm bath, and the close proximity to a all-available mall are just great.

a simple veg cheese omlette took plus thirty minutes to got served on my table so i walked out without having one.
