The front desk staff showed really good kindness. They assisted with every single need with smiles. Qadeer and Laraib were really good too. Housekeeping was top notch with Mr Hafeez, Mr Isfahan, and Waqar, who made sure everything was organised VERY well.

Breakfast was REALLY nice, providing many options. The staff were always on hand to. The staff went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and they were very helpful. I felt cared for.

I found the staff to be helpful . The breakfast selection was nice, and fresh fruit was prepared right in front of me. It was a nice touch.
The pillows provided were paper thin. This caused some neck pain . The air conditioning in my room was not functional, unfortunately.

the mattress was worn, so i seemed like i was sleeping in a u shape. this caused back discomfort! also, the ac in the room was in very bad condition.

they greeted everyone politely and were always smiling. the housekeeping staff also did an amazing job. there was also good variety of food and restaurants within the hotel.
The pillows felt a bit thin. I would have liked more support.

the restaurant staff seemed to need more behaviour training i noticed. my stay was marred by noise issues and a lack of action after i complained. the reception staff was rude regarding a late checkout.
