Really good stay
varied breakfast humble staff smooth check-in
The breakfast had LOTS of options and everything was fresh and tasty. The staff was very cooperative and super humble. They always greeted me with a smile. I really appreciated the smooth check-in process. It was fast and efficient.
My room lacked any heating. The cold winter nights made sleeping uncomfortable.

The hotel's location is really convenient since it is close to most of the city's notable landmarks. Transportation options are readily available, great for quick access to various attractions. The area felt safe and secure, made walking around enjoyable.

The staff displayed excellent customer service from managers to security, and this. The room service response was quick, and the staff were hospitable. Rehana, the manager, proactively looked after guests, showing high professionalism.

The meeting hall is admirable with good quality food. Every item is of a nice taste. Breakfast is excellent. Sana at the omelette station is very talented. The hotel provides complimentary airport transfers. This service adds convenience.

adequate stay with a letdown
centrally controlled room temperature
the breakfast had a good variety of options (i liked the fresh fruit).
The thermostat in my room was centrally controlled. I couldn't adjust it, and the room became uncomfortably warm at night. i asked for the temperature to be changed, but nothing happened. it really affected my sleep.

slow service inadequate soundproofing
the breakfast service was quite slow on one morning. i waited an excessive amount of time for a simple omelet to be prepared. the staff seemed understaffed during the peak hours. additionally, the soundproofing in the rooms requires improvement. i could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway, particularly early in the morning, and this disrupted my sleep schedule.

great variety convenient renting
the breakfast had great variety. renting a car using the hotel account was convenient! the concierges were excellent. the laundry service was very good. all staff ensured my stay had no issues.

Excellent Stay
fabulous breakfast great service
The breakfast was fabulous. The staff serving breakfast were particularly friendly. I used the room service twice and the service was great. The delivery staff were also friendly (i really liked them).

The room included a comfortable king bed and a seating area with a sofa. There was a mini-fridge available for drinks and snacks. A work desk with convenient power outlets allowed me to do some work.
