flawless stay

excellent location helpful staff

i enjoyed the excellent location that allowed easy access to shopping areas. the hotel decor created a calm atmosphere, and the staff were always helpful. i found moving around easy due to the closeness to transportation options.

the reception lady gave me incorrect information regarding the laundry service. i was told i had 12 complimentary pieces per room per day, but i was later charged when checking out. this misunderstanding led to an unexpected charge on my bill.

The hotel provides direct access to central world and the bts via skywalks. This is very useful if it rains. the fitness center has adequate equipment, with complimentary yoga and stretching classes available , which are mainly in english.

fine lobby spacious room helpful staff tranquil escape

the lobby was fine a beautiful first impression. the room was spacious with city views. staff were helpful arranging transportation and offering local advice. the pool provided a tranquil escape from the bustling city with comfortable loungers and refreshing drinks.

the gym equipment showed slight signs of wear it could use a minor update.
