the staff were friendly. breakfast offered many choices. the room was nice and neat. i appreciated the efficient room service too.

The bathroom was quite small. I think it needs more space for toiletries.

The gym and pool facilities were in good condition, this was acceptable.

The STAFF seemed friendly UNTIL there was a problem. I had asked about the neighborhood's safety and was told it was safe. I got robbed nearby AT 8 pm. This discrepancy.
