fantastic facilities

pilates class observatory deck staff service

i found the pilates class at the observatory deck a great experience. it suited all skill levels and was a great way to start the day. the staff service was good.

i found that drinks are happy to charge a fortune , but don't treat you accordingly.

lovely luxury

sound meditation breathwork guide wealth knowledge relaxed bodies

i attended a sunrise sound meditation at the hotel top with karu and bala and it was MAGIC. the guided breathwork and sound played was Very nice. karu and bala shared a wealth of knowledge. the frequencies and vibrations were felt through my nervous system. i felt relaxed bodies.

i did not get a lot of free time at the infinity pool, it was so full of people, all only wanted photos there.

lovely stay!

spacious room great view hospitable staff amazing facilities

The room was spacious. it had wonderful city view. the staff was hospitable. They seemed happy in their jobs, which influenced their genuine concern for us guests. the facilities were amazing. There were numerous options including a casino, theater, and many restaurants for every budget. I found shopping very easy.

the wi-fi was slow, i must admit. it affected my ability to stream videos smoothly. this was a minor inconvenience, though.

the fitness area has modern equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes. Guests can access fresh towels and chilled water during workouts. the infinity pool includes many sun loungers with shaded areas for relaxation. I enjoyed the availability of fresh apples.

clean gym high-tech equipment wide variety slow check-in awful view long wait

The gym was very clean and had high-tech equipment. Lucy and Roselyn were very warm and kindly taught me how to use the gym machines. The gym had a wide variety of machines, very well maintained. They provided beverages, refreshments, and towels that came in handy.

Check-in took 45 minutes. I arrived at 3:00 p.m., the official check-in time. My room view on the 6th floor was awful. The check-in was the worst experience in over 70 countries I have visited.
