peeling paint steep hill

the room was spacious and clean the fridge was stocked with drinks which was acceptable

the hotel is not what the pictures suggest it seems dated paint is flaking everywhere the pool area needs repairs i felt a bit trapped around the lower pool the nearby shop requires a risky climb around a cove or a hike up a steep hill.

the room was clean nothing special but acceptable

the pool area looked nothing like the pictures it looked smaller the canoes were constantly hogged by influencers all this resulted in an uncomfortable experience plus the location was inconvenient it was far from everything requiring expensive taxi rides since grab taxis avoided the area

gorgeous design spacious room delicious food friendly staff

The hotel design is gorgeous with meticulous attention to detail. The room was spacious and comfortable. I found the food to be delicious and reasonably priced. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel gave an very nice, picturesque experience away from busy areas.

I noticed a faint smell of drains in some areas around the hotel. It was not consistent, but noticeable.

Staff greeted me with smiles and accommodated requests quickly. They arranged taxis when needed and were polite in all interactions. Nutcha at reception showed genuine care and helpfulness .

The on-site restaurant provided a mix of Thai and international dishes. Breakfast had a decent selection, though it was not the most extensive option. Food and drink prices were reasonable at the hotel. ,.

The villa included a comfortable king-sized bed. A seating area allowed for relaxation. The large bathroom had a bathtub. I found it convenient and pleasant. The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well.

The rooftop pool was nice, it had a cool vibe.

The room we had was small. It had no closet. The TOILETS were practically in the room itself, not very private.

kimono bath double towel available sandals dirty beach stressed staff bad location

the room had a kimono bath. double towels were provided for bathing and swimming. sandals were also available in the room. the hotel also features so much greenery.

the beach opposite the hotel seemed very dirty. staff looked a little stressed. they made some mistakes perhaps because of stress. the location is not ideal if you plan to leave the hotel frequently.

breakfast buffet beautiful beach

the breakfast buffet offered many choices. the beach area was beautiful and easily accessible. the pool had clear canoes I used and enjoyed a lot. the gym had a sauna I really liked.

the staff English was not perfect, communication was hard sometimes.
