Really good service and strategic location
great attentiveness transparent pricing airport transfer
I appreciate the team's attentiveness . My original room's jacuzzi lacked privacy, so I requested a change. Manager Lin showed us the new room beforehand and was transparent about pricing (which i respected). They offered a complimentary airport transfer. I was thankful. The staff safeguarded my valuables I left behind after check-out. I was thankful.
The rooftop bar charged a high price for beer.

Underwhelming Balcony View and Spa Experience
adjacent building wall cracked jets
The location of the hotel was acceptable.
I did not like that the balcony view faced an adjacent building wall. The spa was a letdown. It reeked and there were cracks around the jets. It was not a relaxing experience at all. I was hoping for much more.

the staff were friendly. the pool area was really good.. the pool was refreshing after a hot day.
