Uneven experience. Some issues noticed

The hotel features a private beach, it offers a serene and calm atmosphere.

The staff's English was limited. This made basic communication challenging. The breakfast buffet had tasteless dishes, the milk tasted bad, I found this disappointing.

The service was quite slow, it was frustrating! Ordering drinks at the bar took a very long time. Staff often seemed put out by us wanting to spend money, the bar was nearly empty. the room was not very clean, I found a few hairs in the bathroom.
