faulty air conditioning filthy bath mat

the location was acceptable because it was not on a main road.

the air conditioning didn't work well and the fridge failed to keep my drinks cold, even after reporting it. the staff brought an ice bucket as a solution, inadequate. there was a rubber bath mat in the corner suite that was visibly dirty.

spacious room clean room new furniture poor hospitality no assistance large bags

the room was very spacious and clean. all the furniture looked new and well-kept. the hotel's location suited our planned activities.

the hospitality was disappointing from the start. the staff did not offer assistance with our luggage, so we had to carry our large bags to the room ourselves. i didn't find this acceptable considering the price.
