The buffet had varied food options. The rooftop bar gave a great view of the sunset. I appreciated that the hotel was less than ten minutes by foot to the Independence Palace. Major shopping centers were also within walking distance.

The building's ventilation seemed to only rely on AC, a design oversight.

the location was acceptable , not too far from attractions.

The staff seemed inflexible , focused on rules over guest satisfaction , i suppose. during breakfast at 10:01 am, i asked for another coffee , but was told breakfast closed at 10 am , how efficient. also , staff took plates while i was still eating. A bit intrusive, wouldn't you say?

the staff addressed me with great politeness throughout my visit. the suite included a large bathroom with double sinks and a separate shower. the rooftop bar had an extensive cocktail menu and offered city panoramas. a wonderful breakfast buffet presented local and international dishes.

The elevator wait times during peak hours were lengthy. This sometimes caused minor delays.

The hotel is centrally located near many attractions. i appreciated the traditional and modern design of the hotel. the breakfast offered many delicious options (i was very happy!). the helpful staff let me leave luggage and use the pool after check-out. It was a great convenience.

i noticed a slight damp smell upon entering my room initially.

inflexible staff poor wine selection

the hotel WAS clean.

The staff seemed somewhat inflexible. They prioritized rules over guest satisfaction. I asked for an additional COFFEE one minute past the breakfast closing time, I was refused. The lack of good wine selection also left a LITTLE something to be desired.

Breakfast had a extraordinary feast.

The New Year's Eve party proved disappointing. Drinks cost too much and tasted bad unless you ordered beer. The menu seemed very limited, not what you expect when you pay 1.2 m VND a ticket. They needed more cocktail choices and should not charge nearly $9 for water.
