decent, but not dazzling
weak air conditioning crowded pool access
The room was... underwhelming. the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the heat, i swear it was warmer inside than out. also, getting to the pool was like navigating a shopping mall during black friday. Not exactly the relaxing oasis i anticipated. the lift wait times, ridiculous!!!

shopping mall excellent market nice gym second payment apple pay no flexibility
the hotel sits atop a shopping mall. i used the restaurants and the excellent market there. the pool was a treat after a long day. the gym is also nice.
the hotel staff asked me to pay for the stay a second time. they said the hotel does not recognize apple pay. the staff showed no flexibility and did not attempt to look for a solution.

prime location state-of-the-art equipment
The location was PRIME. It was so easy to access shopping and dining options. The gym had state-of-the-art equipment including a boxing ring, AMAZING!!!
Refilling the coffee machine required multiple requests.

Excellent Stay
central location helpful staff restful pool great price
The location was great for shopping and dining. The staff was helpful and provided excellent service. The pool area was restful offering respite from the heat. The hotel offered a great overall experience for the price.
The hotel seemed quite popular. I sometimes experienced short waits for the lifts.

The room was spacious providing comfort and convenience. The city lights created a beautiful ambiance from the higher floors. The accommodation felt modern and very clean offering a pleasant stay.

The pool area was fabulous offering a relaxing environment. I noticed that the gym is located within the shopping center. I observed that the gym seemed well-equipped although I did not use the facility.

The hotel benefits from a central location near Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Plaza. Many sights are accessible within a short walk. Taxis and ride-sharing services are readily available adding to the convenience.

Breakfast included both buffet and a la carte options. I found the breakfast delicious. The hotel restaurant on the 26th floor features magnificent city views. The hotel offers a great dining experience.

i found a superb location near many sights. the staff were helpful and efficient, providing prompt services. the room had adequate space and good amenities.
