reasonable prices open-air pool excellent food
The rooftop bar features a happy hour on the ninth floor (a wonderful way to begin the evening). The bar also serves food at reasonable prices. I enjoyed the open-air pool and sunbeds for reading. The gym and spa treatments are on the seventh floor. The ground floor restaurant offers excellent food.
I found that some areas showed minor signs of wear, though the staff addressed my concerns promptly.

damp smell thick carpets
the location was acceptable with access to shopping areas.
the room i got had a damp smell, likely because of the carpet. it didn't feel fresh. i think repainting the outer wall kept the windows from opening.

Excellent Location and Friendly Staff!

The reception staff was very friendly. They helped us all stay on the same floor. This was important because we had children with us! Two rooms were ready for check-in immediately. The rest were prepared within half an hour. The bed was very comfortable and soft!

Breakfast has a modest but good selection. I enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit. There were also hot dishes available like eggs and bacon. The coffee was strong and the juice was refreshing!!!

the hotel location was central. restaurants surround the hotel. breakfast had many options and decent quality. the staff were friendly.
i find the hotel on the older side. the rooms are quite small. the buffet was ok. i think rooms fittings needs a refresh.

loud music expensive drinks
The rooftop signature bar was awful. Staff sat together and ignored guests. the music was so loud it prevented conversation. drinks are very expensive and the setting did not warrant it.
