The rooftop bar features a happy hour on the ninth floor (a wonderful way to begin the evening). The bar also serves food at reasonable prices. I enjoyed the open-air pool and sunbeds for reading. The gym and spa treatments are on the seventh floor. The ground floor restaurant offers excellent food.

I found that some areas showed minor signs of wear, though the staff addressed my concerns promptly.

The reception staff was very friendly. They helped us all stay on the same floor. This was important because we had children with us! Two rooms were ready for check-in immediately. The rest were prepared within half an hour. The bed was very comfortable and soft!

The rooftop signature bar was awful. Staff sat together and ignored guests. the music was so loud it prevented conversation. drinks are very expensive and the setting did not warrant it.
