Ms. Huong Nguyen at the reception displayed a PASSION for her work. She followed up on my arrival and departure continuously. She arranged the car during odd timings and ensured everything was perfect.

The shower at the pool is one floor up! This means no one showers. It SHOULD be at the pool.

the welcome drink was a nice touch upon arrival i found it refreshing after a long journey the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable i also appreciated the helpful concierge service who gave excellent directions to nearby attractions the rooftop bar provided great city views.

i noticed slight street noise occasionally especially during peak traffic times but it didn't disrupt sleep.
