visible mold loose outlets
the shuttle to the mall was acceptable. it ran frequently and saved on taxi fares.
The room reeked of mildew. i spotted mold all over the bathroom ceiling and reported it, but nothing happened. the mini-fridge did not work. It took ages to get a replacement. outlets were loose. I had to wiggle plugs to get power. it was infuriating!!!

a super fun hotel!
clean room gym equipment tasty food
the housekeeping kept the room very clean. the gym had lots of equipment and i got a solid workout in. i also tried one of the restaurants, and the food tasted yummy.
check-in had a slow line. i waited a bit too long after my long flight. the staff seemed busy, so it took some time.

the hotel provides easy access to main attractions. several shops and restaurants are nearby the hotel. getting around was super easy because of its location. expect a convenient stay.

I noticed the housekeeping was excellent. The provided amenities are generous and consistently restocked. I was impressed by the efficient service at the concierge desk. The staff promptly assisted with my inquiries and requests. The room was well kept with a comfortable bed.
The elevator system was sometimes slow during peak hours.

The room featured blackout curtains ensuring a dark environment for sleep. The work desk was spacious with convenient power outlets. A minibar stocked with beverages and snacks was available too.

a luxurious visit
free shuttle executive lounge city views
The hotel staff went beyond expectations making my visit nice! i especially appreciated the free shuttle service to the mall. It made getting around easy. the executive lounge was a great perk, offering amazing city views while i relaxed with a drink.
the water pressure in the bathroom shower was quite weak.

underwhelming stay, some issues need addressing
slow check-in noisy lobby
the check-in process was slow (i had to wait a while). my room card also failed to work. getting a replacement took about 20 minutes, frustrating. there seemed to be a lack of readily available staff to assist with such issues, also the lobby was overcrowded and noisy.
