Acceptable Stay with Some Definite Issues

The room was clean enough, I suppose.

The cigarette smoke was overwhelming. I could not seem to get away from the smell. The staff's English was not very good. Communication was difficult, and it felt isolating at times.

missing swimming caps unhelpful staff

the room was clean and big, it conformed to our reservation.

the spa was supposed to provide swimming caps and towels, but they were out of caps. they wanted us to purchase them ourselves from the spa for $5 each. we fought for over 40 minutes before they finally got us caps. not all staff spoke english too, that was a bother.

Astonished by this Hotel

excellent speed attentive service enhanced experience

The elevators had excellent speed, a detail I found very efficient. Restaurant staff was attentive, I appreciated the prompt service. I got a nice view from the room, it enhanced my experience.

There were no balconies, this restricted fresh air access directly from my room.

The room was very clean, I did not found dust anywhere. The bed felt comfortable, I got a good rest each night. The room provides enough space, I could comfortably move around without problems.

amazing hotel stay

warm welcome really good service

I found the reception staff friendly and helpful. They always offered a warm welcome. the level of cleanliness throughout the entire hotel impressed me. the condition of my room was also excellent. It was spacious and well-kept. emir, the receptionist, stood out for his really good service and kindness.

i noticed the swimming pool seemed small. it could easily become overcrowded. i did not use it.
