the location provides easy access to nearby facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, and restaurants. i found the hotel super clean and cozy. the high-speed internet worked very well and i had no issues.
the vegetarian breakfast options felt limited.

The hotel provides necessary amenities, EVERYTHING you could need. The location is convenient and well connected. Ms. Ece from reservations assisted me greatly. I extended my stay to five nights because of the hotel's professionalism. I will return.
The mattress WAS too soft and did not provide enough support for my back.

the hotel offered my wife a free breakfast and massage session for her birthday. the gym is also well equipped with modern machines. the location is great since it's right next to the metro station!!!
the mattress was soft. it lacked support, and i ended up with a painful back. noise was also a problem.

the location was good.
I had a few issues . the mattress was soft and lacked support (i woke up with a sore back). the room design seemed a bit outdated. There were no accessible power sockets near the armchair.
