convenient cafe hotel security rude staff uncomfortable check

The on-site cafe was convenient. It opened early and closed relatively late. Security checked every person upon arrival. This added a sense of safety.

The front desk staff seemed rude. They showed disrespect. The security check.

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Service

modern equipment turkish bath helpful staff

My 4-night stay included access to a very clean gym. I found that it featured modern equipment. The hotel offered a complimentary Turkish bath and sauna. These facilities were very relaxing after sightseeing. Selim and Emre were particularly helpful during check-in! They ensured my comfort throughout my stay.

I was disappointed with the lack of variety at breakfast. The offerings remained largely the same each day. This felt repetitive after a few mornings. I wish there were more options to choose from.

turkish options relaxing sauna

The breakfast included many choices and authentic Turkish options. The Turkish bath was included with my stay. The sauna was very relaxing after my long day.

The room doors made some noise in the hallway! though it wasn't too bad.

excellent facilities turkish bath

the gym provided excellent facilities! i really enjoyed the sauna and turkish bath amenities. the staff greeted us warmly upon each return and assisted with our luggage, so helpful!

the minibar included only water bottles, i think it could include other options.
