i loved that the location was so close to the main attractions. it made exploring so easy! the super nice team, even helping me decorate the room. i really recommend it because of the comfort and also the very thoughtful team.

the climate control did not work that well, and it was really noisy. my room faced the street, so i heard honking and cars all night. when i asked for something at reception, they didn't seem to care! and the breakfast was not very varied.

the staff provided the room earlier than expected. they also permitted breakfast before check-in it was very kind. hilal and aydin was superb making the stay nice. they fulfilled every request i made.

the cleanliness could be better i noticed the towels smelled of cigarettes. the location was somewhat stressful.

The location was excellent. it was close to main attractions. the design was very beautiful, and the rooms felt comfortable to me. the staff was very polite. They helped me out with everything.

the room had not been designed keeping anything in mind. simple things like hooks in the bathroom to keep towels were not there. room temperature control was poor. the room layout was difficult.

The reception staff offered friendly service.

The room design was impractical, especially the absence of towel racks in the bathroom. sound insulation was quite poor. Noise from the corridor and external appliances disturbed our sleep. Random lights turned on during the night.
