poor soundproofing staff indifference

The breakfast buffet met my expectations. It had a reasonable selection.

The room I was assigned lacked proper soundproofing. Loud music from nearby bars and the rooftop area persisted until late at night, around 2:45 AM, preventing restful sleep. Staff seemed indifferent to noise complaints. They stated nothing could be done. Such noise levels are unacceptable. The issue needs addressing .
