adequate, but with some significant issues

small room non-functional television

the location was acceptable , allowing easy access to many sites.

the room i stayed in was quite small for the price paid. maneuvering around the bed was difficult, and the bathroom felt cramped. the television also did not function despite assistance from staff, a considerable inconvenience.

the staff were kind they were helpful the air conditioning in my room worked perfectly i appreciated the decent breakfast it offered fresh options each morning the location provided great access to many tourist spots i found the terrace view really good

the walls seemed thin i could sometimes hear noises from neighboring rooms

The staff were very friendly. they were always helpful when i needed something, it was really sweet of them. the view from the terrace is amazing. It seemed like a movie. the building is full of character, beautifully restored.

I stayed in the loft family room. the first floor was okay, though the second room was not convenient. the second bedroom was on the top, a stair connected to it. The stair was too tiny with sharp edges, difficult to walk through. the second floor where the bedroom was too near the roof, so the air felt stuffy.

the location is perfect i could easily walk to many tourist spots. the staff were helpful and friendly i appreciated their assistance. my room was clean and cozy.

my room was small i expected more space. the bathroom door was a folding door that didn't open fully the knob hit the wall. the shower door seemed off its rails i propped it up to prevent it from falling.

Really good stay with Bosphorus access

beautiful view good breakfast attentive staff

The room had a beautiful view and was spacious. The breakfast was very good with different options. The hotel is within walking distance of everything. During the day it is busy with shops, but at night it is quiet. The staff was always helpful and the room was cleaned every day.

The hotel is located in a busy market street, making taxi access difficult.

It takes five minutes to walk to the Eminonu ferry stop, where you can start a cruise on the Bosphorus. It's also just five minutes away from the Eminonu tram station, which makes the city's attractions very accessible. Galata Bridge is a short walk away.

The room was spacious and modern, maintaining a historical feel with interior brick walls. The shower and A/C worked well. the large windows would open and close easily. I used beautifully clean sheets and towels.
