the room was fine and tidy. the housekeeper ensured everything was great there. i also received complimentary tickets to the king power mahanakhon, a pleasant surprise.

i noticed staff seemed busier with each other. it felt as if they paid less attention to guests. breakfast ended quite early at 10:30, so i missed it one morning

i found the hotel to be one of the nicest i have experienced, rivalling even raffles and the mandarin oriental. the rooms are generously sized and feature japanese toilets. the shower was perfection and the staff displayed really good kindness and attentiveness, particularly fai, who was helpful.

the breakfast could have been slightly better organized, though the food quality was still high!

the location provides convenient access to iconsiam. its situation in the king power mahanakhon skyscraper offers a unique setting. the hotel also allows simple transit to different parts of the city.

The hotel provided complimentary drink vouchers for the parlors and also gave me an upgrade to the room. the gym includes professional equipment. A trainer can provide assistance. guests receive complimentary tickets to the 76th-floor observatory, offering excellent skyline views.

The beautiful king rooms have unique vibes when compared to other similar hotels. i enjoyed the panoramic view from the bedroom. The interior design was impactful. the automatic blinds offered a great experience.

The room had automatic blinds. These provided excellent light control. The deep soaking tub (i enjoyed it) was a highlight. The skywalk access was complimentary.

The room offered really good views. the bathroom was possibly the best i have ever experienced in a hotel at this price. i found it convenient that the skywalk and rooftop were within the mahanakhon building. The skytrain was also directly opposite the hotel. breakfast provided many options, including unlimited a la carte and thai dishes.

i found the pool relatively small. food and drink service at the pool, though good, could have been more prompt.
