The club lounge had a great view. The staff were kind and always helpful. I enjoyed unwinding there after a day of work. The breakfast buffet was great. All staff were very professional!
I asked for a late check-out. The hotel was not considerate. I wanted to enjoy the rooftop, but it was completely closed.
