Really good stay!
peaceful lagoon main pool real treat
I stayed in a Premier Lagoon Access room. I HIGHLY recommend it for families with children. Access to the peaceful lagoon pools was a real treat.. It was a relaxing alternative to the busier main pool.

Excellent Stay at Lagoon Paradise
fresh fruit lagoon pools clean beach unique element
The breakfast was delicious (I especially liked the fresh fruit selection). The main pool was fun for everyone and open late. The lagoon pools added a unique and beautiful element to the hotel. The beach was well-kept and clean, a welcome sight.
The room lighting was somewhat dim, making it a little hard to see in the evenings.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options including both hot and cold dishes and fresh juices. I appreciated the quality of ingredients used. The hotel boasts various dining options providing guests with a wide range of culinary experiences. Room service was prompt and efficient.

My room had direct access to the lagoon which was very convenient (this made morning swims easy). The room included a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with separate shower and tub. The minibar was well-stocked.

Staff members were always polite and eager to assist with any requests I had. The reception staff provided a seamless check-in process upon my arrival.

The hotel features multiple swimming pools including a main pool and lagoon pools offering a variety of options for relaxation. The gym had three treadmills and a selection of free weights. It was generally well-equipped. There is a kids' club available.

The hotel is located on a quieter area giving it a peaceful atmosphere. Beach access is direct and easy to reach from the rooms. Taxis are readily available from the hotel entrance.

poor service pushy staff
the pool access was acceptable.
the service was really bad. The front desk staff pushed us to pay extra to upgrade our room.. it seemed like they have a target to persuade guests to upgrade and pay more. when we requested a 30-minute extension to the check-out time because our baby was napping, they made it sound like an impossible mission. then, they kept calling us to remind us of the check-out, even though we gave them our WhatsApp number to avoid this. that phone call woke up the baby.

The room service provided excellent food quality. The room amenities were generous and of high quality. Staff members were very polite and helpful !!!
The hotel is located quite far from the city centre. This makes taxis necessary to leave the Palm.
